Dr. Lauren O. Florence is a Plastic Surgeon in solo private practice in Salt Lake County. She finished medical school at the University of Utah in 1981 and then General Surgery training in New York City in 1988. She completed her Plastic Surgery training at the University of Utah in 1990 and set up practice near St. Mark’s Hospital where she remains to this day.
 
Dr. Florence was elected Chief of the Division of Plastic Surgery at St. Mark’s Hospital in 1992. She was on the Executive Committee of St. Mark’s Department of Surgery from 1996 to 2007. Concurrently, she was Chair of the Utah Medical Association Editorial Board.

Dr. Florence was President of the Utah Medial Association Women Physicians Section and active in the issues dear to the hearts of women and girls. In 2005, an Honors for Nursing Award was given to Dr. Florence in appreciation of her help to the nursing profession. In 2007, the Girl Scouts of America honored her with a Courage and Confidence Award.

Ellen Reddick    
Ellen Reddick is the co-founder of Impact Factory Utah, a Salt Lake City based company specializing in training, consulting and coaching – including software skills, business professionalism and communications.
 
Ellen is a well know Executive and Corporate Consultant who works with executives and corporations to help identify and assess developmental opportunities for both organizations and individuals. Her unique, practical and powerful strategies make her easy to talk to and her vast corporate background helps her coach high-potential individuals and those requiring new skills to enhance their leadership competencies.
 
Ellen's business experience is varied and extensive including Director for Fairchild Telecommunications International and the national Quality & Process Improvement Director for Lucent Technologies.
 
Ellen is a noted author of several business books and articles. Her books include The Art of Professionalism in Our Lives and The Complete Job Search Handbook. She currently writes several monthly columns for national and local publications.
